7th October 2006 by Roger Douglas JP, the High Sheriff of Lincolnshire.

The project reflects the needs of
the community founded upon the results of consultation undertaken in
2001 and more recently the consultation at Caistor Town Hall in June
2005. The Caistor multi-use Centre Working Group has been liasing
closely with Lincolnshire County Council Multi Use Centres Team
and other agencies in the creation of this community facility.
